The focus of our general planning projects is on pharmaceutical and industrial construction, hospital and residential construction, both new and existing buildings. to ensure an efficient planning process. BIM as a planning method is an integral part of all processes.
By reducing the planning and contract interfaces, we seamlessly interlink design, planning, project management and controlling and coordinate carefully until the building is ready for operation.

We accompany our clients in all phases of the planning and construction process. In the concept and design stage, we develop the project in cooperation with our clients from the initial idea, both for new buildings and for the renovation or conversion of existing buildings. During the approval planning, we support our clients in all necessary
procedures and permit questions. In the phase of construction, we ensure that the project is carried out in accordance with plans and permits. Interior architecture is also part of our scope of services. We consult our clients in the implementation of sustainability concepts and in the choice of sustainable building materials.
