ARCHITECT WITH PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE WANTED LP 6 - 8 (m/f/d)

You are enthusiastic about contemporary, functional architecture from a wide range of areas,

are communicative and appreciate the exchange with clients and colleagues.

You work precisely, reliably and on your own responsibility and have a good command of clear, effective communication and coordination. You never stop learning, work with a high degree of personal responsibility and keep an eye on the essentials.

 

You can expect an open-minded team with a healthy mix of 23 experienced and young colleagues with offices in the beautiful cities of Weimar and Dresden. We have been successfully designing, planning and realising projects in the fields of educational facilities, hospital construction, industry, commercial, hotel and residential construction for decades.

 

We are looking for an architect or civil engineer (m/f/d) to work on service phases 6 - 8 in accordance with HOAI at project locations in Thuringia, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Berlin as soon as possible in Weimar or Dresden.

Your profile:

• you have a degree in architecture / civil engineering

• you are a team player, a strong communicator and work in a structured and independent manner

• you have negotiating skills and are familiar with the current version of VOB and HOAI

• you are confident in using Avanti, or other AVA software, MS Office, MS Project

• professional experience and knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit are desirable, but not a requirement

• you have a very good command of written and spoken German (level C1)

• class B driving licence
